In the administrative wing of Ortho One Hospital in Coimbatore, technology ran the day-to-day. From patient records to billing systems and internal coordination—everything depended on consistent power.
The team relied on a 10kVA online UPS setup that powered around 15 workstations. But despite the high rating, they were only getting 3 hours of backup. During extended outages, staff scrambled to save work, switch systems, and avoid disruptions.
They had already tried upgrading to tubular batteries. It made little difference.
